From the deep sea to outer space, the research at RISE’s Department of Computer Science is at the forefront, spanning a wide range of topics. The goal is to develop AI and the digital infrastructure for society today and in the future. The event is ideal for those working with new technology and technological development.

- To the Stars: AI in Space – Fireside Chat with Marcus Wandt (astronaut and CIO at SaaB), and Tobias Edman (unit manager at RISE)
- Intelligence is Corporeal – Kristina Höök, researcher KTH.
- The Evolving Data Cente – Jon Summers, lead researcher in data centers at RISE
Poster and demo session
With over 70 research posters on display (including the HIGHER Project), this is a great opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of Computer Science at RISE activities and connect with researchers in your areas of interest. Some of their researchers will also show-case live demonstrations of their work.
Applied AI presentations
Leading AI researchers showcase examples of how they apply state-of-the-art AI. Groups of up to 20 people will gather for 15-20 minute presentations on cutting edge research, followed by 5-10 minutes questions and discussions. Topics include:

- Edge AI in Action: Empowering Smart Devices & Connected Physical Products by Joakim Eriksson
- LeakPro Testing: Privacy and Information Leakage Assessment and Reporting for AI Systems by Rickard Brännvall
